Residence Property is a small family company which was formed over five years ago. Its aim then, as it is now, was to provide a top class property management service to both landlords and tenants.
What do we do?
Residence Property specialises in letting property in Oxford and the surrounding area. In addition, the company also purchases properties in this area and modernises them to suit a particular letting market segment. In other cases, it provides tenants for landlords who wish to let. In both cases, the company focuses on the professional and post - graduate market and, in general, its properties are tailored around this objective.
Throughout this process, the company markets the properties available and arranges suitable viewings. It also ensures that proposed tenants have been through a reference process and that they are provided with Assured Shorthold Contracts which include safety certificates and inventories. The company also takes responsibility for the collection of deposits and monthly rent.
